About
HUMBOLDT SWEETS
Humboldt Sweets, a family-owned bakery, originally established itself in Ferndale, California, where it gained local acclaim for its indulgent baked goods. The bakery's reputation soared after being featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, hosted by Guy Fieri, who praised their cinnamon rolls.
In late 2019, owners Tammy and Tony Pichulo relocated Humboldt Sweets to Henderson, Nevada, Tony's hometown. The new location continued the tradition of offering freshly baked goods, including their famous cinnamon rolls and caramel pecan rolls.

As of February 2025, Humboldt Sweets operates at 1044 Main Street in Fortuna, California. They are open every Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM and also offer wholesale services.
Throughout its journey, Humboldt Sweets has remained committed to crafting high-quality, indulgent baked goods, earning a loyal following and national recognition.
